You give us the brief, we go and find the candidates. We handle sourcing, screening, and reference checks, then present you with a shortlist. You interview and make the call. We support you through to offer and beyond.
Our fee is 15% of the candidate's first-year base salary, plus GST. There are no upfront costs and no charge if we don't find you someone.
An eight-week guarantee may apply, provided the invoice was paid on time and the role and employment conditions have not materially changed. During weeks 1 to 4, we'll undertake one replacement search at no additional success fee. During weeks 5 to 8, you can choose one replacement search or a credit of 50% of the original fee toward a future permanent placement. No cash refunds are available.
We operate from Wellington, Blenheim, Christchurch and Timaru and recruit permanent candidates across New Zealand.
It depends on the role and the market, but we'll always give you an honest timeframe upfront. We'd rather set realistic expectations than overpromise.
